Message from Mr. & Mrs. Eswarappan

We have known Mr. N. Velu and his family for many years. Their selfless commitment to serving society without expecting anything in return is truly exceptional. The Malarkodi Velu Educational Trust is very close to their hearts, and it is inspiring to see that nearly 90% of the Trust’s funding comes from their own family.

It has been our privilege to work alongside them in managing the Trust’s activities to the best of our knowledge and abilities. Witnessing the positive impact the Trust has made on the lives of deserving students has been deeply fulfilling.

We sincerely pray and bless the next generation to carry this noble vision forward, helping the Trust grow even stronger so that many more deserving and needy students receive the opportunities they deserve and are empowered to build a brighter future.

Message from Vemal Pazhani

My father, Mr. N. Velu, established this Trust with a single purpose—to serve society. The objective was never to gain tax benefits or personal recognition, but to create opportunities for deserving students who aspire to pursue higher education.

The greatest joy for him comes from seeing the students supported by the Trust succeed in life and build a better future for themselves and their families. That has always been the true reward for his efforts.

As my father is now 78 years old, I have taken on the responsibility of managing the Trust’s operations under his guidance. The launch of this website marks our first step towards modernizing and making the Trust’s activities more transparent, accessible, and efficient.

My vision is to nurture this Trust into a mighty banyan tree—one that provides shelter, hope, and opportunities to the maximum number of deserving students for generations to come. With the continued support of our family, well-wishers, and the community, I am confident that we can carry forward my father’s noble legacy and make an even greater difference in society.
